Note for OnHub Users: If you are using a TP-Link OnHub, then you will see a light that is located around the top, which is just inside the outer shell. On the ASUS OnHub, you will see the light appearing close to the bottom-front of the device.

No Light: When you are not seeing any light on Google WiFi Setup, then it means, the device is not turned on or the light was turned off in the app. If you are dealing with this problem, then make sure to check the power cable whether it is properly connected to the Wi-Fi point and the power outlet.
Solid White: If you are seeing this light, then it means the Wi-Fi point is online and everything is alright. You are connected to the internet. If using OnHub, the light you will see would be teal rather than white.
Blue Pulse: If you see this light, then it means, the Wi-Fi point is ready for setup. Therefore, you will have to set up the Wi-Fi point in the app. The light will turn solid teal once the Wi-Fi point is online.
Solid Blue: Seeing this light means that the Wi-Fi Point has done a factory reset. This will take up to 10 minutes, but when it is done, the Wi-Fi point is going to reset itself followed by starting pulsing blue. With this, you’d know that the Wi-Fi point is ready for setup.
Orange Pulse: When you see this light, then it means that the Wi-Fi point doesn’t have any internet connection, so what you need to do is check the Ethernet cable whether it is properly connected to the primary Wi-Fi point and modem or not.
Red Pulse: Seeing this light means that, the Wi-Fi point is experiencing some issue. Therefore, you will have to factory reset the Google WiFi Help point. If you are still seeing the red pulse, then you will have to get in touch with customer support providers.
